This website is operated by TrendsByPrecii (“we”, “us”). By browsing the site, messaging us about a piece, or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under Nigerian law, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal capacity where you live if that is higher, to order from us. By ordering you confirm that you are, that the information you give us is true and complete, and that you are buying for yourself rather than for resale.

We photograph the actual piece you will receive and describe it as accurately as we can, including any wear on a pre-owned item. Even so, colour can vary between screens, and measurements are a guide rather than a guarantee of fit. If a detail matters, ask us before you order and we will check it or send more photographs.

Thrift, pre-owned and vintage pieces have been worn before. Small variations natural to a used garment are expected rather than defects. Anything beyond that is stated in the description.

Prices and availability shown on this site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your message is the offer; the agreement between us is formed only when we reply to confirm that the piece is available and agree delivery with you.

Because much of what we sell is a single piece in a single size, an item can be claimed between you opening the page and sending your message. If that happens we will tell you straight away and suggest alternatives.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where the item is no longer available, where a price or description was obviously wrong, where we cannot deliver to your location, or where we suspect resale, fraud or abuse. If you have already paid for an order we cancel, we refund it in full.

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include any applicable tax. Delivery is quoted separately and depends on your location. Prices can change without notice, and we may correct a price that is obviously wrong — we will always tell you before taking payment, and you are free to walk away at that point.

No payment is taken on this website. There is no checkout here and no card details are entered on this site. Payment is arranged directly with us once your order is confirmed, and your order is dispatched once payment has cleared unless we agree otherwise.

We will never ask you for your card PIN, your BVN, or a one-time password. Account details are only ever sent from the contact channels listed on this site. If a message asking you to pay looks unusual, stop and check with us on the number published here before sending anything.

We deliver across Nigeria. Timelines and costs are confirmed with you before dispatch. Once a parcel is handed to a courier, delivery times depend on that courier’s service, and estimates are estimates rather than promises.

Please check the delivery address you give us. We are not responsible for a parcel that cannot be delivered, or is delivered late, because the address or phone number given to us was wrong or incomplete. Risk in a piece passes to you on delivery.

If a piece arrives damaged or is materially different from its description, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will make it right — a replacement where one exists, otherwise a refund of what you paid for that item.

Returns for any other reason are agreed case by case before you send anything back. Where we agree one, the piece must be unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in, with any tags still attached. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, swimwear or underwear unless they are faulty.

Refunds are made by the same route the payment came in, once the returned piece has reached us and been checked. None of this affects your statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

You keep ownership of anything you send us or post about us. By sending us a photograph or comment, or by tagging us publicly, you give us permission to store it and use it to answer you and run our business, and — for content you have made public — to repost it with credit. You confirm that what you send is yours to share and that it breaks no law or anyone else’s rights. We may decline to use, or remove, anything at our discretion, and you can ask us to stop using your content at any time.

You may browse the site and use it to shop for yourself. You may not:

• scrape, copy or bulk-download our photographs, descriptions or prices, or use them to build another catalogue;
• order for resale, wholesale or distribution;
• use bots, scripts or any automated means to place orders, take stock out of circulation, or interfere with the site;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account that is not published for shoppers; or
• use our name, logo or photographs to imply that we endorse you or your business.

We may withdraw access to the site from anyone who does any of the above, without notice.

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and code on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and share them for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — copying, republishing, adapting or selling — needs our written permission. Brand names of the labels we stock belong to their respective owners, and their appearance here does not imply any partnership with them.

The site is provided as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listing is free of mistakes. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this agreement or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business opportunity, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption.

Where we are liable in connection with an order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory consumer rights.

Ordering happens on WhatsApp, and we publish on Instagram and TikTok. Those services, and the couriers who deliver your parcel, are run by other companies under their own terms. Links to them are not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for what they do.

Tell us first. Most problems are settled in a message or two — write to us at our WhatsApp number with what happened and what you would like us to do, and we will work with you in good faith for 30 days to resolve it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The effective date at the top tells you which version you are reading, and the version in force when you place an order is the one that governs it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a term straight away, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. We may transfer our rights and obligations under this agreement to another business if the store is sold; your rights under it will not be affected.
